Oh My! That is Sharon and Carolyn Meredith standing next to Janene in the pink leotards. They lived up the street on Bocaw. Mom and Katherine Meredith were great friends and chatted daily. Sharon died not long ago of lukemia. As Andrea said, the girl in the middle with me in the velvet dish must have gone on to be in the movies! Don't remember either of them. We were dancing at the Del Mar Fair - that's the Bing Crosby Hall behind us! I have no idea where we were with the beach umbrella but that is Aunt Birdie with us an I remember the umbrella like it was yesterday - I can smell it in my mind (that canvas tent smell)
